水は「いのち（大阪・関西万博のテーマ）」の源です。水の都大阪の、人が水に最も近づくトイレにおいて、水について考えるきっかけを与えます。
トイレは、用を足す以外にも一息ついたり、物思いに耽ることもできる場所です。
万博のトイレは、パビリオンでの体験の余韻に浸ったり気持ちを整えたりする場になります。

Water is the source of life (the theme of Expo 2025 Osaka-Kansai). In Osaka, the city of water, this exhibit will provide visitors with an opportunity to think about water in the restrooms, where people are closest to water.
Toilets are places where people can take a break and ponder, in addition to doing their business.
The restrooms at Expo will be a place where visitors can relax and regroup after their experience at the pavilions.
