House to enjoy climbing up and down

高低差が特徴的な敷地に対し、スキップフロアの2F建てとすることで、高低差を楽しめる暮らしを提案します。

階段に沿ってさまざまな風景が展開し、上下の居場所がゆるやかにつながります。

1FはRC造・2FはW造の合理的な構造計画です。

掘削量を減らすことができ、コストの削減にもつながります。

この敷地だからこそできる、豊かな家の提案です。

The site is characterized by the difference in elevation, and we propose a lifestyle in which the difference in elevation can be enjoyed by constructing a two-story building with skipped floors.

Various landscapes unfold along the staircase, loosely connecting the upper and lower places.

The first floor is RC, and the second floor is W. This is a rational structural plan.

The amount of excavation can be reduced, leading to cost reduction.

This is a proposal for a rich house that is possible because of this site.
