都心に住まう夫婦のための戸建て住宅です。敷地は密集住宅地の角地。面積や高さについての制限のある場所で、効果的に開口部をあけることで豊かに住まう、小さな住まいです。
場所のポテンシャルを最大限に享受する（住みきる）ために、居場所となる2階では交差点（隅切）に向かって大きな窓をあけ、視線が外に抜けるようにしました。3階では朝日がトップライトからさし込みます。全体の高さを抑えつつ天井高を確保するため、梁型をあらわす天井とするなど、広く見える工夫をしています。

This is a detached house for a couple living in the city center of Tokyo. The site, a corner lot in a dense residential area, had restrictions on floor area and height.
In order to maximize the potential of the site, we opened a large window facing the intersection (corner cut) to allow the eye to pass through to the outside. On the third floor, the morning sun shines through the top light. In order to keep the ceiling height while keeping the overall height low, we revealed the beam as they are.
By opening the windows effectively, we created a small residence with richness.
